Terms of Use

These terms are meant to be read, not skimmed past. They cover the Dulceo iOS app and this website, dulceo.app.

1. Agreement

By using the Dulceo app or this website, you accept these terms. The app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement; these terms supplement it. If anything here doesn't work for you, the right move is simply not to use the app.

2. General wellness only

Dulceo provides general wellness information and tracking. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider about your results and before making health changes. Not intended for use during pregnancy or by anyone under 18.

3. Subscriptions & purchases

Dulceo's paid plans are billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store settings. The lifetime option is a one-time purchase — no renewal, ever. Prices may vary by region.

4. Your data

Your entries live on your device — we don't hold a copy on our servers. That also means you're responsible for backing up your device (iCloud or computer backups) if you want your data to survive a lost or replaced phone.

5. Acceptable use

Dulceo is for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't resell it, scrape it, or use it in ways that would surprise a reasonable person.

6. No warranties & limitation of liability

Dulceo is provided as-is. We work hard to make it accurate and reliable, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for damages arising from your use of the app or this website.

7. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new date at the top. Continuing to use Dulceo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
